They are really friendly, we had a problem with the water and he repaired instead. They have "philipino breakfast" but if you want same plate for dinner, they will cook for you. Beef, rice and omelette are so taste. Chicken is nice too. The price compense the far away.

They don't have wiffi and the chickens start to barting at 5am. The hostel is 1.5km away from the town center, but if you have good weather, you can go walking. Even if you have bad weather, you can catch the trycycle, they use to go in this way.

Roosters belong to owner who does not live there..

The lovely couple who managed the place.Great,friendly.

Dogs tied up at all times. 10 Roosters making noise,5 meters from rooms,from 4 am,also tied up or caged,all for cock fighting,illegal here..Animal abuse is wrong.Loud music often late or at 6 am from the store 10 meters away. No internet or phone signal.

1. Location is difficult to find.

1. Location is difficult to find. Is it hard to put a sign on a fence with the name of your place, so I wouldn't spent 30 minutes trying to find it? Maybe, next to existing sign 'No tresspassing. Private property'? And by the way, 2 days before checkin, I asked via booking application how can I find their place and is it visible from the road. Answer was 'just tell the driver to go to kuta villaneuva'. Well, it didn't help much. 2. Not clean. My room wasn't cleaned up after previous guest on my arrival, so I waited 15 minutes while girl changed bed sheets. There was smell of cigarettes. It was 2 PM. Two days prior to this I emailed property about my estimated arrival time. Well, it didn't help much. There was awful smell in the hall outside my room. It was from shared toilet, looks like nobody cleaned up trash basket. Perfect. Is there any scheduled cleaning serviced in the property? Next morning I asked them to clean up the toilet. Eventually, they did it, but smell in the hall was present for all my stay. 3. Electricity sockets in my room weren't working, I could not charge my phone. Girl said to use those in the hall. Yeah, good advice. 4. No Wi-Fi, despite property description on booking.com said it is accessible. And my mobile internet wasn't working as well, it is too far from city centre. 5. There were trash baskets near building. One morning stray dogs got trash bag out of basket, tore it and started to eat. 6. I struggled to lock my room sometimes. 7. Water pressure was weak occasionally.

staffs forgetfulness of many things ruined what should have been a relaxing trip

After returning the key and paying the balance they forgot to return my passport. they notified me a few hours after I’d left coron. They told me they would send it to my last destination before my departing flight. it disrupted my trip as I had to leave one of my destinations a day early to collect the passport , when I did this the passport hadn’t arrived because the staff sent it a day later than promised. They apologized but one persons forgetfulness ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. Only by luck did I board my flight. When I emailed their manager - he spoke with the staff and told me the passport had nothing to with them, implying it was my responsibility and that she’d done everything including spending her own money to return it to me. I reminded him I also tipped her on checking out with my own money, and i remembered to give the key back. I also left behind some clothes because reluctantly, I allowed them to move my belongings as a group of 20 were checking in forcing me to change rooms. If they ask you for passport - refuse. If they ask you to move rooms - refuse.

Nothing, it was just available at that time

Location is so far from town you need to rent your own motorbike for mobility. No signal for celfon , you will be totally cut off from communication. The room doesn't have cabinets or drawers for your things. You have to place it on your bed or on the floor. We were bumped off to another room for no given reason and when we checked out we were told to pay 1,500 when upon booking the rate was only 1000. When we argued the owner said it was because the room we booked was smaller with two beds while we were given a room with queen bed..as if thats our fault? We totally refused to pay 1,500 when the room doesn't even have a comfort room, tv and cabinet or closet. And when you need to take a bath you have to go to the 2nd floor
